Domains and ip addresses can be separately blacklisted. I like to check each on https://multirbl.valli.org/lookup
There it is showing one blacklist on the domain and multiple blacklists on both their 'good' and 'bad' ip addresses, only their 'bad' ip addresses are a lot worse.
