It looks like the latest BIOS for the T14s is dated January 22, 2025. You might try updating the BIOS before you start trying to figure out why power management or a driver is sideways. Remember, the BIOS/UEFI is just another buggy piece of software that needs updating. There's nothing special about it. Jeff
