Indeed, Debian states the mailing lists can be read via Usenet groups (<https://www.debian.org/MailingLists/>): "Furthermore, you can browse our mailing lists as Usenet newsgroups." I've never seen the Usenet equivalents documented anywhere. Do you know what they are? Maybe something like comp.debian or comp.linux.debian? Jeff
