Gene does not remember what he did. He demonstrated that his actual
actions did not match his intentions.
Timothy, if you believe that the issue is real then start a new thread
and describe what you actually did, what happened, and what actions you
performed as a workaround.
Filing a bug report likely will be up to you. I believe that strong
reasons exist to install Orca by default, but, I hope, there is a way to
alleviate the issue for users who do not need it (if the problem is real
at all).
