Probably at least one of those comes with an SMTP server for sending mail out, so probably just use that and always set your from address to be appropriate for the provider you are sending out from (to satisfy their SPF records)? Longer term it is a good idea to register your own domain name and get email services somewhere that lets you user your own domain, so you are not tied to any of these providers and their fates.
