Nobody can guess what the mess you are able to create on your machines. If you did not hate systemd then you would have a chance to fix your issues quickly enough.

... and at least a printer. After all, if you suspect the wireless receiver then buy a cheap wired mouse and a keyboard for installer only and just wait for some time if electric storm is expected.

You do not remember what you actually did. You failed to provide evidences that installer did anything wrong. So respect users who heavily rely on assistive technologies.
