If your email provider has webmail, assuming that you do not have installed, a more stable email user application, such as alpine, then I suggest that you use the email provider's webmail facility, until you get your email problem resolved.

And, if you want your messages to be respected, and, to obtain assistance, I suggest that you post meaningful messages, instead of the <"expletive deleted"> message above.
