This is a classic example of bad capacitors in the device. Obtain an ESR
meter, learn how to use it, learn how to solder, and replace any
electrolytic capacitor that reads over 1 ohm of ESR. Should fix it right up.
Also after I begin to run the t.v. software (Hulu) but it seems rather
linked to the time than any particular software.
