I think you mean timedatectl timesync-status since that lists the NTP server among other things. Interestingly, looks like my Debian router uses my ISP's NTP server which it likely knows through DHCP whereas my little Ubuntu-running Raspberry Pi uses ntp.ubuntu.com.
