It looks as if you're dual-booting. Whenever I've had a period of doing that, I start by checking on: https://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/mswish/ut-rtc.html to review the current state of affairs, and then I google windows utc hardware clock and set the appropriate registry variable du jour.
