I use 0.4 (20031221).
This mail was sent simply by pressing the "Reply" button. Really can't tell you much more than that it works like this for me.
If I'd press "Reply all" the mail would go to both you and the list.
I've migrated all `profile files' from the windows version of TB though. But I don't see why that should make a difference.
