Some file may have been deleted. Have you > tried to reinstall OOo? I tried to reinstall OOo and met with frustration as follows; $ whereis openoffice openoffice: /usr/bin/openoffice /etc/openoffice /usr/lib/openoffice /usr/ share/openoffice /usr/share/openoffice.org-debian-files /usr/share/man/man1/ openoffice. $ cd /usr/lib/openoffice $ ./setup to remove OOo and all relevant files $ ./setup (again to install OOo) following warnings popup; wizbrfl.ctw under /home/user/./openoffice/1.1.0/share/template/english/wizard missing <Repeat> <Skip> a) choosing <Repeat> can't work, same warning repeated b) choosing <Skip> another warning popup such as wizbrfl1.ctw / wizbrfl2.ctw / wizbrfl3.ctw, etc. compelling me to exit installation. To my surprize, on KDE desktop KStart -> OpenOffice.org 1.1.0.-> Write/Web/etc. still there. They can be evoked but died finally. Shall I remove all of them; /usr/bin/openoffice /etc/openoffice /usr/lib/openoffice /usr/share/ openoffice /usr/share/openoffice.org-debian-files /usr/share/man/man1/ openoffice. manually?
