Yes.  I intended my message to be threaded as a response, in which
Reply-to-List was the appropriate MUA action to use.  Had I been
starting a new topic (as the person I was originally replying to had
attempted), composing a new message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
would have been the appropriate action.
