I'm happy with backup2l [1]. It's very simple to configure, supports incremental backups, and it's fully automated. Here you can find a short guide [2]. I also like it because it is simple to extract specific files you may need from a backup. For instance I had to recover just my old thunderbolt emails, and it was quick and easy with backup2l.
