Thank you. I'll start watching. The "trouble" is that computers are sometimes intelligent little beasties, and I very rarely want to print anything that isn't A4 in the first place - so when I am not always offered the chance to adjust the size it may be because it isn't necessary! I _do_ get offered the chance to switch landscape to portrait. Lisi
