Ron was not completely clear here. Only the 'professional' versions of Windows have the standard RDP server, but all versions since about 2000 have had 'remote assistance', which is an RDP connection to the logged-on local user's desktop, with both parties having mouse and keyboard input and both seeing the same desktop. It is used, as implied, for remote assistance with problems the local user is experiencing. It may be this latter feature which Ron is looking for. -- Joe
