There are many programs that do that kind of thing, you have to be more specific about why you need it. You have to realize that windows is an operating system designed to run games on isolated personal computers. Networking and multi-user facilities were added later, forcefully and without a deep design change that would have hindered the core gaming features. Unix-based systems have been multi-user and networked right from the start, because that is what you need to run the Space Travel game on a PDP-7. Therefore, on Unix, you can use the resources of a remote computer without actually annoying its console user by moving the mouse cursor for them, that would make them try to put the red queen on the black ten, and this is a big no, with a risk of BSOD.
