I believe this is not true. The unstable-testing quarantine has the advantage of ironing the instability caused by bugs. As for the instability in the packages dependencies, the only countermeasure is frequent upgrades to have the problems on at a time. Delaying the upgrade is exactly the opposite of that. Unless, of course, you want to delay the upgrade until testing is about to become stable, but that is a lot of delay. Regards, -- Nicolas George
