That list is basically irrelevant, no traffic at all, virtually. And yes, the list must have a reasonable audience to be useful. You cannot see this list here: https://lists.debian.org/completeindex.html But if you go to the following link, it is listed: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo October has seen just one post on that list, it is completely useless. It looks like September had 6, 2 of which were spam. Definitely not worth following or posting to that list.
