Hello Jochen, Thanks for your reply, I was using webmail to reply to the posts and I wrote a reply to you and sent it, but it wasn't in my sent mail folder in Zimbra webmail. So the email that answered yours obviously wasn't even saved and certainly didn't get to the list from what I can see. So my apologies, I did answer and I did thank you for your reply. Even if it didn't answer my query, whether I should reinstall as was suggested by the problem in an ubuntu forum I found where it documented what I was experiencing.
