There should be more than just one administrator. It should be as simple
as possible. From time to time I work for child care for elementary
schools and I also do this from time to time on a voluntary basis for
refugee relief. The computer likely only is a bonus, but not in focus of
the work of the child carers, there are likely much more other
activities, than using computers. Or am I mistaken?


It's a small portion of the program. The major emphasis is adults spending one-on-one time with the kids. We are in a neighborhood with a large proportion of single parent homes. I don't think the Pastor and deacons have yet sat down and written out what they expect from having the computers (I'm asking Pastor leading questions ;) I gather the school's principal (who I haven't yet met) has definite ideas of what he would like to see evolve.
