That's clear, the question is at what point the link becomes an issue. No doubt about it, a link to racist content on this list is offending the CoC, a link to a discussion about a valid topic for this list, where only two times among thousands of words are swearing is ok to. But at what point a link to a discussion with one bad word after the other would be the same as quoting the words? And there for sure are many words that not everybody can realize as foul language. Sure, the word I quoted was not that hard to realize as a bad word for nations where ducks don't have parents, but only uncles and aunts.
