CD and booted from that.

Unless your original drive was partitioned as RAID5, this procedure
probably wiped out your Windows setup.

I doubt it was partitioned as RAID 5 to begin with. I'm afraid you've
probably wiped out your Windows 7 setup.

You probably want to start over, by first repairing your Windows 7 setup
using whatever method the eMachine manufacturer has provided. That's
assuming that you want to keep Windows 7 alongside Debian. If you want
to replace Windows with Debian, that makes it much easier (assuming you
mean you have an installation CD as a result of Step 2, and didn't mean
something else).
