A browser might load site content you're not using in the background, so
it will come up fast, if you should click something, but such a
behaviour also does cause unneeded traffic. If everybody in your
neighbourhood does load contend of websites, that isn't needed, just in
case they will visit it, than it will lower the bandwidth for you all.
