I like tmpreaper quite a bit. It is great for /tmp and /var/tmp. For $HOME/tmp I don't think it is needed. For $HOME/tmp just running find $HOME/tmp with some combination of -atime or -ctime depending upon noatime settings and then -delete. And probably an @reboot helper. A lot of individual overhead that is already handled system wide with /tmp. Bob
