If the plugin has the frequency switching controls, but they don't do anything please report a bug (if not already reported). > I know how to edit a launcher and I know how to edit a "regular" menu > entry. But on top of the Xfce's applications menu there are entries that > don't appear when I run alacarte or when I use the option to edit > entries by the applications menu's properties (seems to be alacarte > too). 1. alacarte is the Gnome menu editor, not sure if it is 100% compatible with Xfce. Also, the entries should come from the .desktop file included in the Evolution package. Even if you edit that it will be replaced on the next upgrade. Maybe the xdg menu has a way of overriding (replacing) default entries, but I don't know it. For my workflow I have used custom launchers on the panel in the past and now use wrappers in ~/bin/ launched with Alt+F2 (I don't like menus too much). > $ gedit .profile > $ grep LANGUAGE .profile > LANGUAGE=english Try sourcing .profile in .xsessionrc, as depending on your Display Manager .profile might not be sourced.
