If you're using different distros (debian, ubuntu...) I also recommend apt-cacher-ng because of the remapping feature. apt-cacher does not work well with debian and ubuntu at the same time because sometimes there are packages with the same name... a little bit off-topic: I am using apt-cacher, with apt-cacher-ng I had issues with changing the repository-path to an nfs-share. Is that usually working or is it not possible to change the path ? I couldn't find anything related in the manual of apt-cacher-ng -- Wer die Freiheit aufgibt um Sicherheit zu gewinnen, der wird am Ende beides verlieren. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
