Yes, but at last check eeebuntu does not have a signed repository. The developers apparently don't understand the need for one, or why one should care about having authenticated debs. If you care about security at all, I'd really recommend avoiding eeebuntu for the time being. The latest Fedora installs flawlessly on my 8GB Eee 702, and the Ubuntu netbook remix works reasonably well but currently has poor support for the graphics chip on my model (characterized by jerky performance in X).
