I don't know that package, but this error is in pcre. This package
seems
to be shipped with its own copy.
I suggest you take a look at how the Debian package is built vs. the
system pcre.
I got ircd-hybrid from their website, and the latest version.
What will be different if I get ircd-hybrid from apt?
