Why ? I suppose it would be enough to fill a bugreport about this against the 4.3.0 experimental X packages, and Branden will either backport the fix from the XFree86 CVS servers, or implement a new fix. I suppose this may already have happened. You did fill a bugreport, did you not ? What packages were you experienced this problem with ? BTW, Jeff, you say it is fixed upstream.
