"^TO_" is a procmail macro == (man procmailrc): `(^((Original-)?(Resent-)?(To|Cc|Bcc)|(X-Envelope|Apparently(-Resent)?)-To):(.*[^-a-zA- Z0-9_.])?)', which should catch all destination specifications containing a specific address. -- Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced.
