But it's not the same message.

It seems that gmail does not like duplicates. e.g: if someone sent you a
second "copy" of the message (one with the same message ID) you'll
probably recieve only the first. e.g: if someone sends you the same
message privately and to the mailing list folder, you'll probably get
only the "private" copy :-(
