Compile the kernel 2.6.22/23/24. All of them have support for Attansic card which is obtained after enabling Experimental Drivers. I have not used the driver supplied with the mobo. Maybe I misread your post. I have an L1 card. So, my suggestions might not even be useful. Even http://atl1.sourceforge.net/ has no answers. But, http://atl2.sourceforge.net/ has some info.
