What is "LKCD" and what are "kerntypes"?

Never heared from thos two in the last 8 years.

Since you are talking about 2 DVD and Linux 2.6.8, I assum you are using
Sarge and I have searched the mirror for LKCD...  nothing found.

So we need a little bit more infos to help you.
