It supports: LDIF (LD-AP Interchange Format) MBOX (Berkeley Mailbox Format) VCF (vCalendar Format) ICS (iCalendar Format) EVOLUTION (TAB or CSV Formats) MOZILLA (TAB or CSV Formats) OUTLOOK (TAB or CSV Formats) VCard (.vcf or .gcrd Formats) In any case the CSV or TAB files can be mapped easily. Of course, I leave all of my mail on my server and manage it there. "There" being my own machine at a colo.
