OHH HELL YEA! I think I got it to work!! Tony you are da man!! Prior to today I had no idea what MTU is, but after googleing and then looking at my ifconfig and seeing that my MTU was set to 0 I thought that it might be a problem.
Doing Ifconfig ppp0 mtu 1492 made it so that my wget is now working! Now if I get ez-ipupdate to work, I am going to go dancing in the streets!!
