hi all, i am looking for ways to install a virus scanning HTTP proxy in a DMZ network. i'd like to use squid in addition to ScannerDaemon by openantivirus.org, but ideally, the choice of anti-virus server shouldn't matter. essentially i am looking for an "amavis" for squid...
however, squid being version 2.4.6 and squid-vscan being made for the 2.3 tree, the patch doesn't go without failures, as expected. now before i go through the code and patch up, i'd like to ask you: is there a better way to go about setting up an virus scanning HTTP proxy with Debian? cheers! -- martin; (greetings from the heart of the sun.) \____ echo mailto: !#^."<*>"|tr "<*> mailto:" [EMAIL PROTECTED] "the sick do not ask if the hand that smoothes their pillow is pure, nor the dying care if the lips that touch their brow have known the kiss of sin." -- oscar wilde
