On mine (sid) 'Ten point' is smaller than 'Eight point' and 'Sixteen point' 
is smaller than 'Fourteen point'. I haven't iinstalled xfs or xfstt and there 
are font problems with other apps (eg KDE Help Center, xmms) so it looks like 
a system setup problem not mozilla or package problem to me.
