I installed Debian 2.2 from CD. Installation is fine but X window or Gnome do not get installed. I have tried number of times the installation with various parameters. No result. I have Compaq Presario 4840 series PentiumII 266Mhz, with Acer 54e 15" color monitor.Thanks for your help. Ramachandran.C
