I think evolution, once it is stable and feature complete, will satisfy your needs nicely. There are official debs for a beta 0.10 release in sid/woody, and prolly Ximian debs available for potato. I use neither evolution nor outlook, but it appears to me that evolution was designed specifically as an outlook alternative/replacement. Be aware that evolution is a gnome app, so there are *lots* of preqs. In other words, you need a fairly full gnome installation to run evolution. Mike
