Mr. Barr,
My apologies for taking your time. I recently attempted
to install your module libnet-1.0703.tar and got very
close to comletion using CPAN and then spat out these
test failures. I'm not quite certian as yet where I
erred. Have I maybe configured it to look at a port that
isn't available.
