Which ssh versions do you run?

Do you have IPv6 in your kernel(s)?  If yes... hack the sshd init
scripts and add a "-- -4" to the start-stop-daemon invocation that
start sshd.

For me that solved it.  (There's a report in the BTS that helped me
find this).
