Putting es1371 in /etc/modules, though not harmful, is unnecessary.  I'm just 
mentioning it; I've done that myself.

As an alternative to moving the card (my own Tyan Trinity 400 has a 1373 
onboard), if you don't have any USB devices, you may try disabling the USB 
controller or disabling the option that gives the USB host an IRQ; this depends 
on the flexibility of your BIOS, though.
