This means that a) you can't load a module, because it's built into the kernel 
or already loaded, or b) you need to fiddle with the card a bit.  I've seen 
several es137x cards get very grumpy when sharing an IRQ with another device, 
especially other sound cards.  Because it's a PCI device, you'll have to 
/physically/ move that card or any other card that shares the IRQ.
