You can surf to the rather excellent search page:
http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages
and do a keyword search for any package you wish.
As for Blackdown, once you have apt set up, add this to your
/etc/apt/sources.list:
deb ftp://metalab.unc.edu/pub/linux/devel/lang/java/blackdown.org/debian potato
non-free
and then (after 'apt-get update of course) you can apt-get Blackdown,
such as their j2sdk1.3.
