you do not want to use IDE-> SCSI disc copying, most of the time it will not work, unless your using DMA, IDE consumes virtually every cpu cycle when it reads. So, the best way to do it, from what i can see anyways, is use a ripping program (cdparanoia) copy the wave files to HD, then use xcdroast to burn them (see the xcdroast homepage for more info on how this works in xcdroast) ive done it a few times with good success. nate ----------------------------------------[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ]-- Vice President Network Operations http://www.firetrail.com/ Firetrail Internet Services Limited http://www.aphroland.org/ Everett, WA 425-348-7336 http://www.linuxpowered.net/ Powered By: http://comedy.aphroland.org/ Debian 2.1 Linux 2.0.36 SMP http://yahoo.aphroland.org/ -----------------------------------------[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ]-- 7:13am up 181 days, 19:30, 1 user, load average: 1.07, 1.05, 1.08
