The package is linuxlogo and it mostly comes with a penguin. The one with the Debian swirl was apparently short-lived. This came up awhile ago and I found I still had the deb sitting in /var/cache/apt/archives/ so I put it up for anonymous ftp. ftp.ourmanpann.com/pub/pann/linuxlogo_3.0-3_i386.deb Just a reminder (no, there's nothing "funny" about this package).
