Yes, that's the one. Why has it been taken out of the current linuxlogo deb? Does anyone have linuxlogo with the Debian swirl? I don't know how to get source pagages or how to turn them into .deb packages so can't do this myself. I just had a look at ftp.debian.org and couldn't find sources anywhere.
