I've got 32 mb in this p166 mmx system. The problem is that I have 32mb and at the shell prompt, 31mb is used up when I type free. Is debian really eating all that memory or is it something else?? There's dos/win on this pc too so I'm wondering if the tech person didn't enable shadow ram or something?
