The advertising clause isn't as bad as it sounds. It only says that if we put out a press release or brochure or some other advertising material that mentions that we include the program `blah' which has the above license, we have to include that acknowledgement. If the advertising doesn't mention `blah', we don't have to include the acknowledgement.
